The Richfield Public Safety Department releases its most recent crime reports.

All the following information was taken from the 's Incident and Arrest reports from June 7, 2012, detailing incidents from June 3-6.

June 3

  • A 30-year-old Richfield woman was charged with third-degree DWI.
  • A 20-year-old Richfield man was charged with third-degree DWI.
  • A vehicle was damaged while parked in the street on the 6400 block of Nicollet Avenue.
  • A 47-year-old man was cited for assault.
  • More than $4,000 in gaming systems, games and jewelry were reported stolen.
  • , 7720 Nicollet Ave. S., reported a gas theft.

June 4

  • Two parties were assault during a child custody exchange.
  • Three TVs and a DVD player were reported stolen from a vehicle that was parked overnight on the 6300 block of Lyndale Avenue.
  • An antique chemistry scale was reported stolen from a building on the 6200 block of Oliver Avenue.
  • A juvenile was cited for marijuana possession.
  • A  student was found to be in possession of marijuana on school grounds. He told police who had given the substance to him.
  • Police responded to an attempted burglary on the 7700 block of 2nd Avenue.
  • Police responded to a residence on the 6400 block of Blaisdell Avenue on a report of threats.
  • A 26-year-old Redby, MN man was charged with assault after police responded to a domestic at .

June 5

  • A 42-year-old Battle Lake, MN man was charged with methamphetamine possession.
  • After responding to an add for a part-time housekeeper, the victim reported being swindled out of $2,800.
  • A stereo and DVD player were reported stolen from a vehicle.
  • A camcorder was reported stolen from Richfield High School.
