Avid Traveler Passes Away at 82
A service for Nadine L. Bristol will be held Dec. 20 in Richfield.
Nadine L. Bristol, of Richfield and Prior Lake, passed away peacefully from cancer at the age of 82 on Nov. 30, 2013.
According to her obituary on Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel's website, Bristol knowledge quest carried her to more than 20 countries in her lifetime. She was also the first female member of the University of Minnesota's marching band.
Her funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 20 at her home church of more than 50 years: St. Nicholas Episcopal Church, 7227 Penn Ave. S. in Richfield. A visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Dec. 19 at Morris Nilsen.
