The Penn Central of Richfield group, an organization made of of area residents of buiness owners, is holding its monthly, third Thursday meeting at Davanni's.
Special guest will be the Richfield Fire Chief. Discussion will include the surrounding community's involvement in the upcoming Sept. 16, 2012 Open Street at the annual Penn Fest Event.
