Walk To End Hunger 5K -- Join TEAM VEAP

Start your
holiday off right by helping your local neighbors in need and walking off some
calories before indulging at a Thanksgiving feast. Join Team VEAP Thanksgiving
morning at the Walk to End Hunger inside the Mall of America.

Since its
inception in 2008, the Walk to End Hunger has raised over $1,200,000 to help
support 12 hunger relief organizations that work together to eliminate hunger
in the Twin Cities metro area. VEAP is excited to be a participating as a
partner agency in this wonderful event.

The Walk to
End Hunger is a fun, family-friendly 5K event filled with activities for the
kids including: music, balloon animals, kids craft table, and two complimentary
rides at Nickelodeon Universe. For the fitness enthusiast, there will be a
second-floor 5K power walk route and plenty of physically challenging
activities to help you burn off those calories before you start packing em’ on
later. The event runs from 7-10am and you can walk as much or as little as you
would like!

Register
before November 18th and raise $35 or more to receive a VEAP
T-shirt. T-shirts can be picked-up at the VEAP booth the day of the event.
