Storm Causes Scattered Power Outages
Xcel Energy expects to have power restored by 11 p.m.

A few hundreds lost power overnight after storms rolled through Richfield and the metro area.
According to an Xcel Energy outage map, some outages began around 11:30 p.m. Friday with others being as recent as 9 a.m. Saturday.

Xcel Energy is expecting to have all power restored by 11 p.m. Saturday night.
Residents should stay away from a fallen power lines and alert Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-1999. To see Xcel's current outage map, go to xcelenergy.com, click on "Minnesota" and enter your address.
