There’s a saying in real estate that everything is negotiable, and it’s true. Sellers should reveal before negotiations begin as to what’s included with the house and buyers can ask for anything they want on a personal property amendment. This usually means appliances, window treatments, mirrors and the like, but anything is fair game.
