Five Things: Kensington Park Waits for Word of Lender's Offer Acceptance

Five things you need to know today.

1) Kensington Park is in foreclosure. Owner and Developer Colleen Carey has been working with the lender to bring in to settle up at a reduced rate, but there is no word on the lender's acceptance of the offer. Stay tuned for more.

2) The is hosting an event where kids made about it. This week teens entering seventh-grade and up are reading J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Fellowship of the Ring."
