Five Things: First Walls of Old Richfield City Hall to Fall

Five things you need to know about the continuing city hall project.

1) Demolition was scheduled to begin as early as 7 a.m. Tuesday morning on the old Richfield City Hall building.

2) One the building is demolished crews will begin constructing the parking area for the new building.

3) The demolition of the old building should take about three weeks to complete.

4) The parking site won't be finished until late October or early November 2011.

5) Once the site is finished the city will likely hold a grand opening in the fall.
