Buyers Still Snatching Up Traditional Sales

The changing seasons have not seemed to have significantly slowed home sales in Richfield. Last week, five homes changed hands, none of them foreclosures or short sales.

While none sold for the full asking price, and all but the highest priced home included a seller contribution to cover closing costs, traditional sales of non-distressed properties are still what many buyers hope to find. These buyers may have their property taxes as part of their mortgage payment, but if you don’t, property taxes are due Monday, Oct. 17.
