Scene Around Town: 76th Street Construction Project
Crews are busy working on the section of 76th Street between Lyndale Avenue and I-35W in preparation to replace the street as part of a sewer line expansion that is going under the street.
Crews are busy working on the section of 76th Street between Lyndale Avenue and Interstate 35W. It appears that there is work being done on replacing or re-routing gas lines and trees are being trimmed back from the street so there is more room around the power lines as well. If you live in the area, you may have seen some large holes in the sidewalks or even your street that crews had to dig to access gas lines.
