Salon Concepts and Von Hanson's Meats will also join the sub shop, property developer Wellington Management, Inc. said in a release Thursday. This will fill the existing building.
Salon Concepts, a hair and beauty salon, will take 5,648 square feet, and Von Hanson's Meats will occupy 3,500 square feet. Firehouse Subs, the smallest of the three, will set up with 2,155 square feet.
“Von Hanson's (sp), Salon Concepts and Firehouse Subs will be great additions to this new retail center," Steve Wellington, president of Wellington Management, Inc., said in the release. "We are pleased that these successful businesses have chosen 66th and Lyndale as a location for their expansion. We expect to completely fill the retail center by spring, 2014.”
As previously reported by Patch, Firehouse Subs plans to open by the end of October. The Richfield sub shop location will be a franchise location, and one of more than 600 total locations in 35 states and Puerto Rico. The menu features both hot and cold sandwiches, and salads. Patrons will be able to place their orders online and pick them up at the restaurant.
As for the other two tenants, Salon Concepts plans to open by the end of 2013, and Von Hanson's is shooting for the spring of 2014, according to the developer's release.
Richfield Patch will continue to update readers on this project.
