Richfield Readers' Choice: Breakfast Spots

Patch's feature is back with a twist and we want to know: Where's the best place in Richfield for some eggs?

It’s the restaurant that makes a perfect omelette. Or perhaps the perfect pancakes and sausage. Maybe it's the McDonald's that has the best early-morning crowd.

Where’s the best place in Richfield to go whenever you’re craving a hearty breakfast?

What makes a restaurant a great place to grab breakfast? Does your favorite place serve mouth-watering food? Or do you visit primarily for the friendly neighborhood atmosphere?

Nominate your favorite place to eat breakfast in the comments below.

We will take nominations starting this week. Nominations end July 9 and voting will be from July 23 to Aug. 17.

Is there even a place in Richfield that serves breakfast besides Old Country Buffet and the fast food places?

Fireside Pizza serves breakfast on the weekends and there's bagel joints as well. Champps may also.

Oh and Baker's Square and maybe Patrick's Bakery.

There really isn't one -- but there will when Pizza Luce opens. They have one of the yummiest brunches in town.

Fireside Pizza has awesome breakfasts on the weekend.

@MJ - I can't wait to try Pizza Luce brunch! I had another reader comment on that on a different story. Yum!

I always forget they are both technically in Richfield. As far as I'm concerned, once I cross Vincent, I'm in Edina. I don't think I'd vote Baker's Square best anything except for Pie, and that would depend on the kind. Patrick's does have great Quiche and pastries, but I've never had anything else there. I knew about Fireside, and I've heard it's good. Unfortunately, Noon is "early" in my world on the weekend so I very likely will never know first hand.

I love the breakfast skillets at Baker's Square. Also, from what I hear, Subway's breakfast is pretty good too.

I really don't want to vote a fast food place anything except "best fast food". Subway is yummy tho.

I love McDonald's mcmuffins ... like, I could eat one each day.

If King Oscar's were still around, there wouldn't even be a discussion.

I wish we had fewer chain restaurants in Richfield and more neighborhood places like South Minne. Out of all of them, Patrick's gets my vote...mais oui!
