My washing machine went out earlier this year - and it was less than three years old. They really don't make them like the used to. Anyway, I was referred to handyman Mark Lauer, a local resident, and he did a quick and efficient job fixing it up. Apparently the cold water valve burned out. He saved me from needing to buy a new washer. I'll have to look up the official name of his service.
