Why Go: This free concert in the park will be held indoors at the Edinborough Park Amphitheater in Edina, MN and is open to all to enjoy. Edinborough Park features an indoor play area as well for kids to blow off some steam.

Feb. 18 starting at 10 a.m.
Why Go: This event is for 20-to-48-month-old children. Their little fingers experiment with printing, gluing, sticking, printing and creating while developing fine motor, language and self-help skills. Each class introduces a new artist or art technique and each child leaves class with a framed piece of art. This program runs every Friday through March 25.
Price: Total of $81 per child (resident) / $89 (non-resident) for all Friday classes through March 25.

Where/When: Youth Performance Company (YPC); located in the Howard Conn Fine Arts Center: 1900 Nicollet Ave., Minneapolis, MN.

Why Go: Almost daily there are accounts in the media of students being “mean” to one another, often resulting in tragic consequences. YPC tackles the tough subject of “bullying” and much more in this original drama. Recommended for fourth graders and up.
Price: $12/adult and $10/child

Why Go: Food, prizes, games, drawings and lots of family fun.
Price: Just bring a non-perishable food item or cash donation.
Where/When: at , 5701 Normandale Rd, Edina, MN.
Feb. 19, anytime from 1-3 p.m.
Why Go: The Works is a "hands-on, minds-on" museum for kids and their families that makes learning about engineering, science and technology interesting, understandable and fun. Find out what architects and civil engineers do as you explore structure, scale, and design by using real tools to build a small-scale skyscraper.
Price: Admission to museum is $5 for those ages 3 and up. Exhibit is free with admission.
