This event lets you experience tea at the beautiful and historic St. Paul Hotel, which is located in Rice Park in Downtown St. Paul. It is a five-course, two-hour event that is designed like England's afternoon tea time. Tea is served using antique cups and saucers. After the tea tastings, participants can walk around Rice Park and see the Winter Carnival Ice Sculptures. The sign-up deadline is Dec. 20. Richfield's Recreation Services Department is planning the event.
