Last Chance: See Richfield High's Fall Play

William Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' opened Thursday and runs through Sunday.

Richfield High School thespians went with a classic for this year's fall play, opening William Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" on Thursday night.

But the show only runs through Sunday.

Here's how RHS Theater Director Steven Bucko described the show on Patch:

"Lysander loves Hermia. Hermia loves Lysander, but her mother says she has to marry Demetrious, who also loves Hermia. Helena loves Demetrius but nobody really cares. Lysander and Hermia decide to run away and go through “The Woods” and Helena and Demetrius follow. Oberon and Puck apply a magical flower on the lovers trying to solve their problems but it makes it worse. Lysander and Demetrius now both love Helena and Hermia is unloved. Meanwhile, Oberon is mad at Titania, a fairy queen, so she decides to use a magical flower to make her fall in love with the first thing she sees when waking from sleep. She later falls in love with Nick Bottom, who has been turned into Justin Beiber?! Join us for Williams Shakespeare's most popular comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream, as you have never seen it before. This modern take will breath new life into the classic tale while still holding true to its centuries-old lesson: falling in love can make fools of us all."
