Richfield Middle School NAAPID Day

Community members and families of students are invited to particpate in National African American Parent Involvement Day (NAAPID) at Feb. 13.

NAAPID is a national call to action to get more parents of African American students involved in their children's education. Annually recognized on the second Monday every February, NAAPID is a national observation with the goal to open dialogue among teachers, parents, and staff.

The day will begin with a parent breakfast at 7:30 a.m., with a performance by students following at 8:15 a.m. Parents will be able to visit classrooms with their children following the performance.
