Cities 97 Sampler CD on Sale Thursday at Target
As always, the popular CD is expected to sell out in just a coupe hours.
Are you a Cities 97 fan?
The radio station's popular sampler goes on sale at 8 a.m. at Twin Cities Target stores. Each store receives a limited number of copies out of the 40,000 total produced, and shoppers have been known to line up at the store for the occasion.
For it's 25th edition, the Cities 97 Sampler expands to two CDs. Each copy is priced at $32.97. The sale is expected to raise $1.2 million for Minnesota charities.
Acts included on the sampler are Matchbox Twenty, Tristan Prettyman, Ed Sheeran, Matt Nathanson, Kopecky Family Band, Phillip Phillips, Vicci Martinez, Amos Lee, and Fitz and the Tantrums.
Richfield's Target is located at the Cedar Point Common shopping center at 6445 Richfield Pkwy. Each customer can purchase up to two CDs.
