Volunteers Sought for 2013 Open Streets at Penn Fest
Give a couple hours of your time this September.
Looking for a way to have some fun and give back to the community? Well, consider volunteering a couple hours of your time during this year's Open Streets at Penn Fest celebration.
Richfield's second annual Open Streets at Penn Fest is set for Sunday, Sept. 15, and you can be a part of it.
Volunteers are needed for two shifts, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 2:30-5:30 p.m. Volunteers will be positioned along Penn Avenue to help inform and direct Penn Fest participants, manage intersections, and collect participant counts. Materials and training will be provided to volunteers prior to the event.
For more information, contact Ann Hoffer, recreation supervisor with the City of Richfield, at 612-861-9361 or ahoffer@cityofrichfield.org or fill out the online Penn Fest Volunteer Inquiry Form.
