The summer market continues to be active.
The housing market in Richfield continues to be brisk, with six homes changing hands first full week in July 2011. Two of these homes were senior condos and the other four were single-family homes.
Richfield continues to attract seniors because of the large number of senior housing units in one senior high rise building.
