SOLD! Richfield Homes Continue to Sell at a Moderate Pace

Foreclosed homes offer investors and others opportunities.

The increase in sales and closings, up from previous months, continues in Richfield. While the pace cannot accurately be described as brisk, the number of homes closing continues at a moderate pace, better than many other metro communities. Buyers seem most interested in picking up bank owned properties, but whether or not they are buying to live in, fix and sell or to rent out the home, only time will tell.

Richfield homes continue to be good buying opportunities for first time buyers as well as investors.
