Richfield Trick-or-Treaters Hit the Streets, Adults Dress it Up
Monday's holiday brought the kiddies out and showed Richfield residents are in to decorating and dressing up for the holiday.
Monday's holiday got Richfield kids, adults and even pet owners to celebrate the holiday dressed in costumes and decorate their homes.
It was also the 20th anniversary of the record Minnesota Halloween Blizzard of '91. No flurries were in sight, just smiles.
