Richfield Sees Five More Homes SOLD!

There's no post-Labor Day slow down in Richfield housing sales.

Richfield saw five homes change hands during the last week, the high number reflecting end of summer purchase agreements.

Buyers are taking advantage of the historically low interest rates and the buyers’ market. Although during most years, home sales slow after Labor Day, this year that may not happen. Buyers continue to shop for homes, even as the seasons change.

How long will this last? No one knows, but fall and even winter is a good time for buyers to find their dream home. Homes in Richfield sell quickly, especially compared to many areas of the Twin Cities.
