Get Out: Summer Fun in the Sun

Looking for something to do with the family or for you this weekend?

Now that summer is in full swing, Get Out and do something different this weekend!

Here are some great activity suggestions taking place in Richfield and the surrounding communities:

When: July 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: 

Why Go: Scope out the newest exhibit featuring 24 squares from the Minnesota Mosaic Guild.

When: July 16 from 12 to 6 p.m.

Where: 

Why Go: Celebrate summer with your neighbors over live music, kid friendly carnival games and delicious food. Proceeds from the festival will be reinvested into neighborhood programs.

When: July 15 at 7:30 p.m.

Where: 

Why Go: Kick off the weekend with live high energy world music by the lake.

Price: Free

When: July 15 at 8 p.m. and July 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Veterans Amphitheater (3700 Monterey Drive, St. Louis Park)

Why Go: The Shakespeare classic will be brought to life under the evening sky.

Price: Adults $10-14, Youth under 18 are free when accompanied by an adult
