I saw a dog running on Humbolt Ave and 70th this morning and thought maybe he had gotten out of a yard or something. To be safe I posted to Lost Dogs Mn. Facebook site. I got a call just now that his owner died of a massive heart attack last night while driving and the dog escaped when the ambulance arrived. I wish I had made more of an effort to get him into my car but I am glad I pointed the brother in law in the right direction. If anyone is in that area and can drive around to see if you can spot him it would be a great help.  German Shepherd with red collar named Dakota.  If seen call animal control (612) 861-9800 or owners brother in law?  612 599- 7764
