Richfield S.T.E.M. School in Need of Some Supplies

Donations can be dropped off at the main office or sent with a student.

Richfield S.T.E.M. School is looking for donations from students' families to cover general learning needs and a couple upcoming projects.

The following was posted on the school's Facebook page:

R-STEM needs your help. Teachers are looking for items, most of which may be around your house, we can use in the classroom. See below for a list. If you would like to donate them to our you can send them with your child or drop them off in the main office.

Please be sure to write down which grade they are for. Thank you for helping our students have a wonderful hands on learning experience.


We are also collecting daffodil and tulip bulbs to plant this month. We are hoping to plant 100 since that is the number the kindergartners are learning to count to.

Kindergarten

Kindergarten is looking for the free use of a bounce house for their Halloween Party. If you have one or have access to one please contact michelle.lahren@richfield.k12.mn.us

Also needs:

*deeper containers (6' or more) to plant various plants in the classroom, see through ideal

*paper towel and toilet paper rolls for a Halloween project

1st Grade:

*Clean and empty pringle cans with lids

*VHS tapes or old lap tops that will be taken apart

5th Grade

*thicker material and cardboard that can be cut to build wind turbines
