The Penn Central of Richfield neighborhood and business organization is holding its first annual Avenue of Opportunities Open House for prospective avenue tenants Saturday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to noon.
The event will be two parts: An information center to consult with various experts and tours will also be available of spaces ready to lease.
