Is it common for a lot of homes to get offers after this weekend?

There's a stat out there I heard a while back that only 2% of houses receive offers from showings at open houses. While an open house is a great way to show a listing to potential buyers, a large reason to do them is also to meet new potential clients. I sold 4 homes in March, and they were all somehow related to an open house.
