Richfield Value Village Offers Personal Shoppers for Secondhand-Savviness

The organization just announced it will offer free personal shopping and styling appointments.

Do you love fashion? Are you a thrift store junkie? Wondering how to combine the two? Or maybe you just want a good deal on something that looks good on you.

Sure we can all be thrifty, but have your ever thought about being secondhand-savvy?

Arc's Value Village may be able to help.

The organization recently announced that it is teaming up with stylist Michelle Dustin, of the styling service She's Got the Gift of Thrift, to offer free styling and personal shopping sessions.

According to Dustin's Facebook page, "She's Got the Gift of Thrift is a personal shopping service that helps you fill your closet with fabulous finds on a thrift store budget."

There will be a meet and greet session from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 20 at Arc's Value Village in Richfield, where customers can talk with Dustin as well as set up appointments to get their shop on.

Appointments can also be made by calling 952-279-1398 or by emailing personalshopper@arcgreatertwincities.org. Appointments will be available at all times, including nights and weekends, and at all Value Village locations through Oct. 31, 2011.
