But which do you think is the best?

I would nominate the Woodlake Clinic for Best Service and Best Urgent Care. They are quick and efficient. The appointment schedulers do a great job, and are by my experience with other sites, doing an unbelievably good job in minimizing waiting time in the office. The staff is first rate.Follow up letters explainng routine test results come quickly in the mail accompanied by easy to understand notes.

I don't see any small business service categories - we offer accounting, payroll and tax prep to local small businesses

I was thinking more customer service for the rest of the companies in Richfield that don't fall under these categories. I would vote for Game Stop at the HUB, they are fantastic, always keep their cool even when there are an insane amount of kids and very friendly. :)
