Patch wants to know: where is the best playground in Richfield?

Is it the one with great ball fields to play a little catch? A great picnic area? The largest variety in play equipment?

Simply write the location of your favorite local playground in the comments below.

Nominations end July 9, and voting will run from July 23 to Aug. 17.

Personally, I miss the old wooden playgrounds. The one at Richfield Lake was THE best! However, if I were a kid now, I think the Veterans Memorial Park amenity is awesome!

too bad the sledding hils at Adams Hill park are not what they "used" to be when I was growing up on that side of Richfield! :-)

Veterans Park hands down although my kids really like Little Bob's too!

Our kids are partial to Veterans. We like to make it a two-for-one by hitting the farmers market first and then letting the kids play.

I have fond memories of my then preschool-aged son and I picking up my daughter after school and going to "the big park"--Veterans!
