Richfield Mayor, Council Member Sworn In
Mayor Debbie Goettel and Council Member Sue Sandahl sworn in to new terms.
Mayor Debbie Goettel and Council Member Sue Sandahl were sworn in for their next terms at the Richfield City Council's first meeting of 2011 Tuesday. Both will hold their respective positions until Dec. 31, 2014.

Congrats ladies. My only question, Debbie, I believe, when you ran the first time, you said you would be a one term only Mayor, and since I have been the Leagues Voter Service person, I think we have that on tape. Just want the council to know, I plan on giving you a run for your money. Keep smiling, I am happy to have a female mayor, but maybe the next one will be me?
