Looking for something to do with the family or friends on New Year's Eve? The Wood Lake Nature Center and Richfield Ice Arena are hosting two events:

The Wood Lake Nature Center's Candle Light and Ice event will feature a candlelit walk in the park with hundreds of lights, games, crafts, marshmallow roasting and hot cocoa. The cost is $4 per person and free for Friends of Wood Lake (FOWL) members. The event will run from 6-9 p.m. on Dec. 31.

The Richfield Ice Arena is hosting a skating party from 4-7 p.m. In addition to skating, the event features complimentary refreshments, prizes, giveaways. The cost is $4.50 per person and there are a limited number of skates available for rent at $2.50 per pair.
